J.T.B. Butchers was established in 2002. John Pender started butchery when he was just 12 years old, helping out at a local butchers. He then trained as a butcher himself and 2021 will be his 61st Christmas before he begins his retirement, handing over the management of the shop to his daughter Claire Randall. She has been a part of the business for many years and worked full time since 2015. We are proud members of the Q Guild.
